How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders, both in Italy and abroad. No hidden costs at checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We process orders within 24-48 hours. Delivery takes 8-15 business days in Italy. You will receive a tracking code by email as soon as the package ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship throughout the European Union and the rest of the world. Delivery times may vary depending on the country.

Product

Does the fountain make noise?
No. The pump is designed to operate below 30 decibels: quieter than a breath. You can keep it in your bedroom without any problems.

How often should I change the filter?
We recommend replacing the filter every 3-4 weeks, depending on the water hardness in your area.

Is it safe for kittens?
Yes. It is designed for cats of all ages, and the flow is not too strong for kittens.

How many cats can it serve?
The 1.5-liter capacity is ideal for 1-2 cats. For more cats, we recommend refilling it more often.

Orders and Returns

Can I return the product?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. If the product is defective, a full refund will be issued.

How do I track my order?
As soon as the package ships, you will receive an email with the tracking code. If you cannot find it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Can I modify or cancel an order?
Yes, if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
